Adaptalift GSE is delighted to announce that a second phase of the sale and lease back agreement from August 2021 with Cabin Services Australia has been signed.
The expanded agreement sees Adaptalift GSE take ownership of the remaining motorised cleaning trucks across seven Australian ports where CSA operates, combined with a full service and maintenance agreement.
An extensive programme of refurbishment is already underway, covering five and ten yearly inspections where due.
The introduction of Adaptalift’s Group-owned telematics system, Fleet Online, will improve operator safety, GPS tracking, impact, utilisation, engine vitals and maintenance tracking.
David Baker, Chief Financial Officer, Cabin Services Australia said:
“We are excited to broaden our partnership with Adaptalift GSE, to benefit from their expertise and strengthen the efficiency of our GSE fleet across more stations. Our partnership will continue to ensure our vehicles are maintained to the manufacturers’ specifications and remain operational at all times.”
